Pippa Patterson’s late strike earned Stonesfield Strikers a narrow 1-0 home victory over Launton in the Oxford Mail Girls Under 12 Blue League.
The away side appeared to have earned a point, but were undone two minutes from time when Patterson found the bottom corner.
Tower Hill Vixens went down to a 3-2 defeat at Wantage Town, who broke their duck and moved off the bottom of the Under 16 League table as a result.
