Hanborough FC’s hopes of landing some silverware this season ended as the Witney FA Premier Division side lost 3-0 at AFC Hinksey in the semi-finals of the Oxfordshire Charity Cup.

Marlon James put the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division ahead with a free-kick past Shane Fowler in the Hanborough goal.

James then doubled their lead with a cool finish, before Luke Bremner sealed Hanborough’s misery when his shot was deflected past Fowler for Hinksey’s third goal.
