Division 2 leaders West Witney Res fought back from 2-1 down to defeat Division 1 Hanborough Res 3-2 and reach the quarter-finals of the Jack Busby Cup.
West went ahead through Matt Townsend, but were soon pegged back by two Tom Weedon goals, one a penalty.
After the break, a Karl Roberts penalty and an Antony Lune free kick clinched victory for the home side.
Charlbury Town Res won 4-3 at home to North Leigh B with a rare hat-trick from Carl Siford and a Bruce Claridge goal.
Charlbury had been 3-0 ahead at the break, but North Leigh drew level through two Justin Keyani goals and a Richard Meredith strike.
Witney Royals Res won 3-2 at Chipping Norton Town Res with goals from Mikey Piper, Anthony Williams and Ian Hayes.
Sam Philpott hit a double in reply.
Division 3 Carterton B needed extra time to overcome Division 4 side Kingham All Blacks Res 5-3 at home.
Kingham had been leading 3-2 at half-time through two Gareth Price strikes and a Rob Colleton goal.
However, Carterton levelled at 3-3 to take the tie to an extra-time and added two more goals to take the win.
Jon Smales, Mark Hawkins, Olly Bush, Lee Litton and Adam Harris were the marksmen for Carterton.
