Ruby Colleton scored a double as Carterton Town won 4-1 at Wantage in the Under 11 League.

Carterton started slowly and paid the price when Edel Nicholson fired the hosts in front with a superb effort from her own half that dipped just under the bar.

However, Carterton recovered their composure and Colleton brought them level with her first goal of the contest following a great run and finish.

It was all Carterton and they stretched their lead before the break when Katie Gough fired in.

Great defending prevented Wantage from getting back into the game.

Carterton made it 3-1 in the second half when Ellie Walecki put the finishing touch to a fine team move.

Colleton completed the turnaround with her second following good work from Hope Bee.

Rachel Everett and Rachelle Newman were on target as Stonesfield Strikers came from behind to win 2-1 at Bardwell in the Under 15 League.

Charlotte May had given the visitors a half-time lead.
