Lisa Freeman scored a four-timer as Tower Hill Ladies fought back from the dead to beat Marlow 7-6 at home in the Southern Region League Division 1 North on Sunday.

Tower Hill were quickly out of the blocks and went ahead on seven minutes when Georgie O’Malley scored her first goal for the club.

However, they paid the price for some poor defending as the visitors stormed back to take a 4-1 lead.

After the break, Tower Hill shipped two more goals as they trailed 6-1.

It looked all over, but Tower Hill had other ideas.

Freeman opened her acco-unt when she pinched the ball from a defender and firing in before doubling her tally from Lauren Major’s cross.

Carla Garrison thumped in their fourth from long range.

Ten minutes from time, a fantastic long ball over the top of the defence from Garrison allowed Freeman to complete her hat-trick with a volley into the top corner.

On 82 minutes, Tower Hill levelled when Sarah Coles swung in a superb cross and Sarah Snowdon climbed high to place her header perfectly into the top corner.

Four minutes from time, the turnaround was complete when Freeman fired in from long-distance to seal her four-timer.
