However, just before half-time the hosts levelled, Ryan Simms poking home past the onrushing keeper.
Garsington kept up the pressure after the break and it paid off when they took the lead through a magnificent volley from Connor Foley.
But Yarnton did not let their heads drop and levelled thanks to a penalty from Jason Buck.
Their joy did not last long as Garsington went 3-2 up when Foley completed his double from Will Horton.
Garsington sealed victory with their fourth goal when Tim Davies found the bottom corner of the net.
Eynsham Res let slip a one-goal advantage as they lost 5-2 at Oxford University Press Res.
They went ahead when Ryan Stockford’s corner went straight in.
However, Nolan Aselford levelled before Danny Clarke gave the hosts a 2-1 lead with a curling free-kick.
Eynsham were right back in it when Rob Pryse levelled early in the second half.
OUP then took control with goals from Jimmy Gray, Ellis Bicknell and Jay Brown.
