Substitute Paul Peedell was the hero for Yarnton Res as his lastgasp strike secured a point at home to Charlton United Res in Division 2 of the Oxfordshire Senior League.

Trailing 2-1 with only seconds left, it looked all over for the hosts, only for Peedell to strike at the death.

Yarnton started strongly and took a first-half lead through Jason Buck.

But it was a different matter after the break as the visitors charged ahead, thanks to a double from Owen Bateman.

But Peedel had the last laugh.
