Sport Italia Hellenic League - Witney Utd 3, Milton Utd 2: Witney climbed into the top six after three first-half goals saw off the challenge of Milton.

They scored twice in the first 17 minutes, as Ben Border and Danny Wise combined to set up the first goal for Jamie Cook, while Tom Butler clipped the second over keeper Gareth Walker.

Milton responded as Darren Howell pulled a goal back with a looping header.

But Witney restored their two-goal advantage in the 36th minute when great play by Butler and Cook set up a goal for Wise.

A wonder-save by Walker from Butler after the break kept Milton in the game, before Milton were awarded a dubious penalty, which Vinnie Rusher coolly placed home.
