Witney's struggles in Regional 2 continued as their young team lost 5-0 at Slough on Saturday.

The writing was on the wall as they trailed 3-0 at the break.

Slough added two more second-half goals to leave the visitors at the bottom of the table on goal difference from the Berkshire side and Ramgarhia, who also have 12 points.

Witney 2nd let slip a 1-0 lead as they went down to a last-minute 4-3 defeat at home to Banbury 3rd in Division 4.

Tom Yallop gave Witney the perfect start when he dribbled the ball across the line in the opening minute.

Banbury then piled on the pressure and levelled before going 2-1 up.

After the break, Witney equalised with a drag-flick shot from Craig Summers.

Banbury then went 3-2 up, but Ben Larbalestier levelled again from an aerial pass from Summers.

It looked like Witney had sealed a point, only for Banbury to net a winner with the last touch of the game.

Witney 3rd had a day to forget as they were thrashed 10-0 by visitors Marlow in Division 5.

Pacesetters Witney Ladies had to settle for a 1-1 draw at Wycombe in South Clubs League Division 3A.

The visitors took the lead through Lucy Reading from the penalty spot after Robyn Coburn was brought down.

Wycombe hit back to equalise shortly after half-time.
