TENNIS: Holders Woodstock lose out to Oxford City Ladies
Woodstock missed out on glory after the holders failed to qualify for the AEGON County League regional play-offs after losing 8-4 to Oxford City Ladies.
With the match tied at 4-4 after the singles, City’s Beth Simmons, Sarah Fowler, Jas Bosenick and Alex Simmons went on to win both of the doubles rubbers to take victory.
