Eynsham Road Runner Bob Storey finished second in the Water of Life Half Marathon at Bisham Abbey.
Storey, who was the first veteran home, completed the 13.1-mile course in 1hr 21mins 24secs, more than four minutes behind winner Guy Bowles (Datchet Dashers).
Meanwhile, Witney Road Runner Elysia Ridley maintained her good form to finish as the sixth lady home in the Fleet Half Marathon.
A week after helping Wales to team bronze in the Home Countries Cross Country International, Ridley shone on the road with a personal best of 1hr 22mins 8secs for 82nd place overall.
Woodstock Harrier and RAF athlete Steve Frear finished 19th in 1.13.49.
Witney’s Dave Swan finished third in the Carterton 10K, clocking 35.54.
