Derek Fazackerley says Oxford United’s FA Cup replay will not play a part in today’s selection.

The clash against Bury is the first of five games in just over a fortnight, but the assistant head coach is not looking at rotation ahead of the visit to Tranmere Rovers on Tuesday.

He said: “I don’t think so because the next game is the most important one.

“We have to try and get three points and then you look at the replay after that.”

Cup-tied duo John Campbell and Chey Dunkley return to the squad, but Jon Meades (knee) is a doubt.

Bury boss David Flitcroft must decide whether to keep faith with centre backs Jim McNulty and Pablo Mills, or recall Adam El-Abd and Rob Milsom.
