DANTE Mama could line up against London Welsh at the Kassam Stadium on Saturday (5pm) – just a week after playing for them.
The 23-year-old utility back has signed for this weekend’s Greene King IPA Championship opponents London Scottish after his short-term deal with Welsh expired.
Mama started in Welsh’s 33-7 victory at Edinburgh Academical in the British & Irish Cup last Saturday, but has now signed for Scottish until the end of the season.
London Scottish backs coach, Mike Friday, said: “Dante is someone we are familiar with as he played in a B&I Cup game against us earlier in the season.
“He is a powerful No 13 who can also play full back and on the wing.
“He has only been with us a couple of days, but his skill-set is impressive and we are hopeful he will add competition to our backline.
“He ticks all the boxes and will be good to have around the squad.”
