ADAM Muir ran amok with seven tries as Wheatley thrashed Berkshire Shire Hall 110-5 in the Championship.

Andy Tippet, Jack Smith and Dan Rule also bagged try doubles for the hosts, who clocked up their second century of the season.

Harry Collis, Brent Ryan, Nick Banton, Duncan Dingle and Adam Ford completed the 18-try onslaught.

Dingle converted eight and Ford two as Wheatley gained revenge after losing to Shire Hall at the start of the season.

Harwell hung on to win 22-21 at Faringdon, for whom Darren Clark was just short with a last-minute penalty.

Andy Lee (2) and Kev Wood scored Harwell’s tries, with Lee converting two and a penalty.

Danny Painter and Graeme Endean replied, with Clark converting one and adding three penalties.

Josh Witts notched 16 points as Didcot beat Kingsclere 36-0.

Justin Sammuller bagged a brace of tries, with Witts, Tom Bryan and Andy Pynegar all getting one.

Witts added four conversions and a penalty.
