Witney have signed four players as they seek to build on a promising season in South West 1 East.
Full back Jake Thomas, back-row forward Richard Haire and hooker Sam Collins return to the club, while RAF wing Charlie Nell has also joined.
Fly half Ted Landray, who has been involved with Exeter Chiefs academy, is the only player to leave.
Witney, who open their campaign at home to Bletchley on Saturday, finished fourth in 2013-14 and coaches Tug Wilson and Ritchie Craig are targeting better this time round.
The club are also installing floodlights on their main pitch and refurbishing their clubhouse.

OUT: T Landray (fly half, Exeter Chiefs academy).
