Witney halted their sequence of five successive defeats in South West 1 East with a resounding 25-14 victory at home to Newbury Blues on Saturday.
The result saw Witney move up to eighth in the table.
The hosts led 15-7 at the break with tries from No 8 Joe Rowles and centre Jacob Thomas.
They extended the lead with second-half tries from full back James Monks and replacement Jamie Burke, before Newbury scored their second converted try.
