Chinnor's director of rugby, Matt Williams, is backing Jack Hayes to be a success at second-tier side Rotherham Titans.

The 23-year-old centre will join the Greene King IPA Championship club in the summer.

Hayes became one of Williams’ first Chinnor signings last February, and is confident he can make an impact at a higher level.

Williams said: “I am really chuffed for him.

“He’s proved he is good enough to play in the Championship and will thrive in full-time rugby.
