NEMANI Rayabo starred with 21 points as Oxford ran in eight tries to beat Harwell 51-12 and go top of the BB&O Championship.
A Rayabo penalty and converted tries from Myles Everett and Luke Kimber saw them lead 17-7 at the break.
Andy Lee went over for Harwell, with Mike Phillips converting.
Oxford turned on the style in the second half, adding six tries.
Rayabo crossed twice, while Ali Gibb, Everett, Simon Darnell and Joe Berrie all got in on the act.
Andy Strickland grabbed a consolation try for Harwell.
Second-placed Wheatley are just a point behind Oxford after beating Farnham Royal 55-7.
They conceded a converted try after three minutes, but responded in style to cross eight times.
Aaron Laman (2), Gav Stanton (2), Simon Chadbone, Jordan Hook, Jack Taylor and Josh Hillsdon all went over.
Laman also kicked 15 points.
Elsewhere, Chipping Norton beat Berkshire Shire Hall 41-7 and Faringdon earned their first win of the season in a 19-15 triumph over Aldermaston.
In the Premier, Abingdon remain without a win after four games, losing 17-12 at Crowthorne.
