CAPTAIN Danny Barnes says Chinnor will need a fresh game plan to get the better of Cinderford tomorrow and record the double over their title rivals, writes JACK JOHNSON.

The Thame-based side host the National League 2 South leaders in an eye-catching top-of-the-table encounter.

Chinnor beat Cinderford in Gloucestershire earlier in the campaign and are confident of closing the four-point gap which separates the sides.

But Barnes, who starts on the wing, is fully aware a lot has changed since that 31-20 triumph in October.

He said: “We take a lot of confidence from that, we beat them and it was away from home.

“But a lot of rugby has been played since then and we can’t think about that game too much.

“We’ve been watching some of their recent videos, doing our homework, and making sure we’re fully prepared.”

Chinnor make two changes from last week’s victory over Worthing.

Scrum half Greg Goodfellow is handed his first start since damaging ankle ligaments in November, while lock Ollie Curry returns.

Henley Hawks bid to make it back-to-back victories when they host Old Redcliffians.

Marcus Lowe comes in at No 8, while centre Connor Hayhow starts after his release from parent club London Scottish.

In South West 1 East, Witney look to record the double over Salisbury.

But they will be without Rhys Morgan, Arron Lambourne and Phil Thomas for the trip to Wiltshire.

Oxford Harlequins give a debut to prop Callum Cashman for the game at home to Stratford-upon-Avon.

Allan Purchase returns to lock, Jack Todd switches to No 8 and Tom Guthrie comes in at flanker.

Behind the scrum, Sam Watkinson returns to fly half.

Following the narrow victory over Bicester, Grove entertain Chippenham.

At lock, Paul Miles replaces Jack Ponting who drops to the bench.

Rob Tyreman comes into the back row to replace the unavailable Joe Bellinger, while James Monks returns after injury to replace Luke Matthew.

Chris Turner starts on the wing in place of Sam Tokelove, while Zeb Johnson starts at No 10 after a number of impressive second-team performances in place of Dave Maryon, who is suffering from concussion.

Basement boys Bicester visit second-bottom Marlow, while second-placed Banbury travel to Old Centralians.
