STARR David Of Witney. Passed peacefully away on 12th December, aged 85 years. A much loved character and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service to take place at St James the Great Church, South Leigh on Wednesday 23rd January at 11am, followed by burial.
