HOWES Francis Ernest 'Frank' Passed away peacefully on 14th February 2019 at Rosebank Care Home, Bampton, aged 97 years. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and his regimental family. Funeral service to take place at St Bartholomew's Church, Ducklington on Wednesday 27th February at 2.30, followed by a private cremation. No flowers please.
