BUCKINGHAM Tom Peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital after a short illness on 14th February 2019, aged 87 years. Much loved Husband of the late Sylvia. Loving Step-father and Grandad. Funeral service to take place at Davenport Road Methodist Church, Witney on Wednesday 27th February at 2.00pm.
