BOLLEY Philip Gerard Passed away unexpectedly aged 54 years, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady & St. Hugh Roman Catholic Church, Witney on Monday 8th April 2019 at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only but donations if desired to the South Central Ambulance Service or The British Heart Foundation, c/o Greens Funeral Services 32 Corn Street, Witney, OX28 6BL Tel: 01993 776486.
