JACKSON Derrick Charles Thomas It is with much sadness the family announce the passing of a much loved Dad of Sarah, Grandad to Ben, Katie and Tom, Great Grandad to Josh, Oliver, Leo, Noah, Daisy, Dylan, Sonny and Sage. He will be sadly missed by his Brother David and all his extended family and friends. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Friday 13th December at 10:00am. Family flowers only please.
