SURMAN Robert Charles 'Bob' Sadly passed away on the 4th of February 2020, after a short illness. Greatly missed by his wife Nester, and other family members and friends. Funeral Service at Oxford Crematorium, on Friday 21st February 2020 at 10.00 a.m. Followed by refreshments at 66 Thorney Leys, Witney, OX28 5LS. Family flowers only; but donations if desired to the Stroke Unit at John Radcliffe Hospital c/o Greens Funeral Services, 32 Corn Street, Witney, OX28 6BL. Tel: 01993 776486
