O'NEILL Heather Florence Peacefully at John Radcliffe Hospital on 10th December 2020, aged 89 years. Much loved Wife of the late Alfred (Danny) O'Neill, Loving Mum to Anne and Phillip, Devoted Grandma of Hannah, Lucy and Alex. A Service Of Thanksgiving will take place at St John's Church, Carterton on Tuesday 19th October at 11am.
