CHANCE Jeff Peacefully at The Grange Care Home on 11th November 2021, aged 79 years. A much loved Husband of the late Jean. A loving Dad, Gramp and Great Gramp. Funeral service to take place at St Mary's Church, Bampton on Wednesday 24th November at 1.00pm followed by burial. Family flowers only please.
