CLEMENTS Kathleen Vera (Kath) Passed peacefully away at Merryfield Nursing Home on 6th December 2021, aged 84 years. Loving Wife of Jack, Loving Mum to Debbie, Nan to Amy, Emma and Alexandra and Great Nanny to Alfie and Ava. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford at 12.00 noon on Monday 20th December.
