FOSTER Catherine Jane and family would like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to all those who attended Cath's funeral service at St. Mary's Church, Witney, and to family, friends and neighbours for their kind thoughts, letters, cards and expressions of sympathy and generous donations to the Macular Society following our sad loss. Special thanks to Rev. Martin Peirce, Palace Cuisine and to Peter Smith & Son for their care and efficient funeral arrangements. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
