Notice under Article 15 (3) of Application for Planning Permission where there is a proposed departure from the development plan for: Demolition of existing buildings, Phased construction of key worker housing comprising 56 cluster units, 21 x 1 bed studio apartments, 48 flats (17x1 bed, 31x2 beds), management office and associated works including parking and landscaping (Ref No. 19/01038/FUL) at Ivy Lane, Osler Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX3 9DT.
I give notice that A2 Dominion South Limited is applying to Oxford City Council for planning permission to carry out the development described above.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
