OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(SUTTON COURTENAY) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 20** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 6 April 2021 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 12 April 2021, due to residential development and for road safety reasons extends the 30mph speed limit (in place of the existing BOmph national speed limit) on the B4016 Appleford Road, leading eastwards out of the village to a point 47 metres east of Skylark Fields.

Limits) Order 2019 is revoked/replaced.
