NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for Oxfordshire Footpath No. 13, Waterstock Definitive Map Modification Order 2021 On Hie 19 April 2021, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of me Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-

Addlng the Footpath in Waterstock from the Village Road at the War Memorial at grid reference SP 6378 0574 north­east for 208 metres to the junction of Footpath No. 10 at grid reference SP 6393 0588. The order as confirmed became operative on the date of confirmation but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of Schedule 15 to the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from 22 April 2021, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
