Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
North Leigh, New Yatt Road, 0X29 6TT
Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 21 May 2021
Coming Into force: 1 June 2021
This Order Is being Introduced because of the installation of fibre optic cables which is anticipated to be completed 8 June 2021. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the that part of New Yatt Road between The Masons Arms Public House and the {unction with Church Road. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Park Road, Witney Road, Road from North Leigh to Witney, Woodstock Road, Woodgreen, West End, Hailey Road, Poffley End, Pitts Lane, New Yatt Lane, New Yatt Road, vice a versa.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.T8743/AC)

Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 10 May 2021
Coming into force: 18 May 2021
This Order is being introduced because of the installation of fibre optic cables at the following locations and dates: Laughton Hill, from 18 May to 4 June, between New Haven and Crook Cottage; Church Street, from 15 June to 23 July, between Woodstock Road and The Studio; High Street, from 26 July to 2 August, between New School House and Cross Tree House; Peaks Lane, from 3 to 16 August, between Woodstock Road and Pond Hill. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative routes for traffic will be signed as necessary.
Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of road. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.T8728/AC)

Freeland, Pigeon House Lane
Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 24 May 2021
Coming into force: 2 June 2021 This Order is being introduced because of fibre optic cable laying which is anticipated to be completed on 28 June 2021. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in that part of Pigeon House Lane from the junction with Wroslyn Road to outside 35 Pigeon House Lane.
Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Wroslyn Road-Witney Road- Church Road- Pigeon House Lane, vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.T8775/RAG)

Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 24 May 2021
Coming into force: 31 May 2021
This Order is being introduced for a new sewer connection to a new housing development which is anticipated to be completed on 11 June 2021. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit through traffic proceeding in Milestone Road. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic via Black Bourton Road-Alvescot Road-Corbett Road and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.T8789/RAG)
