(Oxford, Marston North Area) (Controlled Parking Zone And Waiting Restrictions) (Variation No.4) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that on 27 June 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order to come into effect on 1 July. The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford) (Marston North Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2021 is further amended so that in Elms Drive - the hours of operation will allow parking only for permit holders and their visitors between 9am & 5pm Monday to Fridays. There is no vehicular right of access to non-residents in this road.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 27 June 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose. First Turn (Oxford) Proposed Humped Zebra Crossing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council as the local highway authority under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers proposes to construct the following traffic feature on First Turn in Oxford to help improve pedestrian safety in the area: * A Humped Zebra Crossing (a raised crossing for use
by pedestrians) at the following location: - Approx. 35* metres south west of its junction with Mere Road.
The crossing will be sited on a new flat top road hump approx. 3.6m wide and 100mm high, with ramp gradient of 1:15
*All dimensions are approximate, taken from the centre of the junction to the centre of the feature. Documents giving more details of the proposals are available for public inspection online by visiting

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made and any other representations, should be sent in writing to the address below (or via the web address above) no later than 29 July 2022. The County Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public. (Ref.
