Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 - Oxford City CouncilNotice ID:
Three local groups have asked Oxford City Council to formally designate their proposed neighbourhood areas.
These areas are: Wolvercote; Jericho; Summertown and St Margaret's. Defining a neighbourhood area is the first step towards production of a neighbourhood plan. Neighbourhood plans are produced by the local community and will contain policies to guide planning decisions in an area.
Comments are invited on these proposed neighbourhood areas. Comments should consider whether the neighbourhood area is appropriate to be designated. The period in which to make comments is from Friday 5th April 2013 to Friday 17th May 2013.
The documents are available to view on the City Council's website at: http://www.oxford.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning
