Take notice that an application has been made to South Oxfordshire District Council by A Garrett for planning permission for 'demolition of existing building and erection of small dwelling; provision of garden and parking'.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Planning Registration, South Oxfordshire District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon
OX14 4SB by 17 December 2016.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
