NOTICE OF A PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER UNDERSECTION 257 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE OXFORD CITY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH No 80, EAST OF WARREN CRESCENT, OXFORD)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER NO 2 2019
The above order was made on 14 May 2019. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath located to the east of Warren Crescent, Oxford and running from point A (adjacent to 25-27 Warren Crescent) to point B for approximately 50 metres in a generally south-south westerly direction and then to point C (adjacent to 33 to 43 Warren Crescent) for approximately 74 metres in a generally south westerly direction and to create an alternative footpath instead onto a line running from point A to point D for 20 metres in a southerly direction and then to point E for 27.7 metres in a westerly direction and then to point F for 59.2 metres in a generally south westerly direction (following the route of the existing footway adjacent to Warren Crescent) and then to point G for 30 metres in a generally south westerly direction (adjacent to the rear of33 to 43 Warren Crescent) and then topointCfor10.5 metreswherethefootpath would rejoin its presentrouteasshown on theorder map. AcopyoftheOrderand theordermap maybeseen freeofchargeatthe Council Offices between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Fridays (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 16 May 2019 to 21 June 2019. A copy may also be viewed on the Council's website www.oxford.gov.uk/planningapplications. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Planning & Regulatory Services Oxford City Council, St. Aldate's Chambers 109-113 St. Aldate's Oxford OX11DS no later than 21 June 2019 being not less than 28 days following the date ofthisnotice. Pleasestatethegroundson which itismade. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxford City Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. Ifthe Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government forconfirmation anyrepresentationsor objectionswhich havenotbeen withdrawn will besentwith theOrder.
Please note that the previous order entitled "The Oxford City Council (Footpath totheeastofWarren Crescent,Oxford) Public Path Diversion Order 2019" and made by the Council on 14 March 2019 has been withdrawn.
