THERE will be the chance to celebrate the harvest at Cogges Manor Farm in Witney on Saturday from 11am to 4pm.

Among the features of the event will be an intricate harvest loaf centrepiece, the result of hours of intricate work by a baker.

There will be the chance to pick your own vegetables and fruit from the walled garden, with volunteers to show you how, or you can go blackberry-picking and make a mini apple, blackberry or rhubarb crumble to take home and bake.

As well as tours of the manor house, there will be the chance to try rural crafts, make a willow fish on a stick and have a go at weaving or whittling, or make an autumn garland for your hair.
