CHILDREN and teens in Blackbird Leys can look forward to an action-packed summer as the Leys Community Development Initiative (CDI) launches its holiday youth project.
From Monday, July 31 to Friday, August 25 youngsters aged nine to 15 can look forward to swimming, ice skating, street art, zumba, music tech, video workshops and a day trip to Thorpe Park.
Activities are being run from 10am to 4pm each day from the base next to Blackbird Leys Community Centre. It costs just £2 a day to join in.
