THE FUTURE of a popular music venue could be decided at a planning committee meeting next week.
A planning application to demolish The Rock Barn in Witney Market Square and build six flats in its place is believed to have been recommended for approval by the planning officer.
West Oxfordshire District Council's planning committee will meet on Monday August 13 at the council offices on Woodgreen, Witney.
Campaigners fighting against the demolition are hoping to make the building an asset of community value.
