A DEVELOPMENT that divided residents could be renamed tomorrow.
Kethero Close, in Shipton-under-Wychwood, near Witney, was named after ‘Mr Kethero’, who had previously run a bakery along the same stretch of road in the village, when it was addressed in 2016.
But some villagers wanted a different name and on August 1 residents requested West Oxfordshire District Council rename the street Olivers Yard.
The district council's cabinet will decide whether to approve the request at a meeting at its offices at Woodgreen, Witney, at 2pm tomorrow.
