A JERICHO cheese shop is in line to be named one of the best in the country, according to the Guild of Fine Food.
The Jericho Cheese Company in Little Clarendon Street has been named as a finalist in the specialist cheese shop category in the Shop of the Year Awards 2019.
It will now undergo two further rounds of judging, an announced visit from one of the judges and a mystery shop before the winners are announced on March 11.
Judges will rate, score and provide feedback on every aspect of the shop before agreeing on an overall category winner.
