IF WE didn’t already live in the county we’d be considering a move after the spectacular selection of images submitted this week.
To tie in with a competition we are running with Experience Oxfordshire, we asked Camera Club members to send in their best shots for our ‘Why I Love Oxfordshire’ theme.
From bustling city streets to breathtaking countryside, and everything in between, this was one of the most difficult weeks to narrow down our favourites.

Stand outs included a pair of contrasting images by Allen and Jennifer Dannfald.
We loved Mr Dannfald's overhead photograph of a busy Oxford street filled with cars and buses.
His 11-year-old daughter, meanwhile, captured a more tranquil scene of trees silhouetted against a colourful sunset.
Another silhouette snap we enjoyed was of the stunning architecture of Blenheim Palace set against a beautiful morning sky by Bryan Robertson.
The rich wildlife to be found in the county was the subject of many submissions, with cows grazing in Wolvercote with Oxford's dreaming spires in the background a particular favourite.

A magnificent shire horse, its face turned to face the camera, by Kevin James Bywater was another image we loved.
It's the people as much as the surrounds that make Oxfordshire special to many members.
We loved Graham Cherry's image of the Eynsham Carnival Shirt Race, which shows a man dressed as a pirate precariously balanced.
Anthony Morris also captured one of Oxfordshire's traditions in his vibrant snap from last year's Cowley Road Carnival. Each year thousands descend on the Oxford street as it explode with colour and music.
To celebrate a new season being upon us next week's theme is 'spring'.
