DALE LAMBERT, 42, of Distons Lane, Chipping Norton, admitted drink-driving on July 9 at Middle Barton. Had 99mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. He was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay a £35 victim surcharge and £750 court costs. Banned from driving for 24 months.

CHARLIE MORRIS, 19, of Morrell Avenue, Oxford, admitted aggravated vehicle taking on March 21 at Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include unpaid work for 120 hours and must pay compensation of £1,980 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

PETER NJOGU, 31, of Villiers Road, Bicester, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon on February 17. He was fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 40 months.

MARIUS GEORGIAN CALIN, 26, of no fixed abode, admitted driving while disqualified and using a vehicle without a valid insurance policy in force on June 1 at Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ALEXANDER BAILLIEU, 46, of Kingston Blount, Chinnor, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 10 and October 8 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHERISH CURTIS, 22, of Bennet Road, Faringdon, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty on October 20 at Faringdon. She was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and she must pay compensation of £75 and a victim surcharge of £85.

LIAM KEMP, 25, of RAF Brize Norton, Carterton Road, admitted assaulting a man at Witney on January 19. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

RIMVYDAS MAZEIKA, 21, of Druce Way, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and driving without third party insurance on November 9 at Oxford. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

KELLY SHAKESPEAR, 33, of Tancred Grove, Ambrosden, admitted beating a man and a woman at Banbury on November 18. Community order made and she was placed under an electronic curfew for four months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL ADDERLEY, 34, of Waterford Road, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public at the Como Lounge, Market Square, Witney, on February 18. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85.

PAUL COX, 44, of Terrett Avenue, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man at Oxford on August 25. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

IONUT CEOBANU, 31, of Chester Street, Oxford, admitted drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance in Park End Street, Oxford, on February 10. Had 118mcgs in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. A community order was made and he must carry out 180 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 48 months.

MATTHEW SAMMONS, 25, of Poplar Grove, Kennington, admitted fraudulently using a registration mark and using a vehicle without insurance on August 2 in St Ebbes Street, Oxford. Fined £400, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified for 12 months.

RAHELA AHMED, 32, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Watlington Road, Oxford, on November 22. Had 44mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BAILLIE OWEN, 36, of Southmoor Way, Abingdon, admitting failing to comply with a community order by failing to carry out unpaid work. Fined £480, must pay court costs of £60.

MAX LEWIS WAYNE COTTON, 27, of Chaunterell Way, Abingdon, admitting using a vehicle without insurance and no front registration plate in Mill Road, Abingdon, on October 23. Fined £760, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

BILLY RICHARD HEDGES, 26, of Ashdown Way, Grove, admitted driving without insurance on the A338 in Grove on November 18. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

NICHOLAS WILLIAM PETER HORTON, 53, of St Marys, Wantage, admitted using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Hollow Way, Oxford, on November 9. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

STUART PINKNEY, 45, of Aldous Drive, Bloxham, admitted using a vehicle without insurance in Barnards Green Services, Bicester, on July 26. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

KAI DAVID BRIAN SAWYER, 22, of Shelley Close, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a bedroom door, wall and furniture belonging to a woman in Wootton on January 24. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

MATTHEW JONATHAN WEBB, 37, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bracelet and a watch from a car at the Randolph Hotel, Beaumont Street, Oxford, on October 2. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence towards three people in Beaumont Street, Oxford, on October 2. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must pay £150 compensation.

RUPERT CASSTLES, 51, of Road Through Lidstone, Lidstone, Chipping Norton, admitted drink driving in High Street, Chipping Norton, on January 29. Had 123mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, must pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

DANIEL HUGHES, 29, of Abbott Road, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Didcot on November 9. Must carry out 60 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months, must pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
