AN inquest into the death of Maja O'Brien, 78, whose body was discovered in Hinksey Stream almost a month after she was reported missing has been opened.
Ms O'Brien had not been seen since leaving her Oxford home to attend a concert on March 28 - her body was found on April 22.

A post mortem has revealed the cause of death to be 'consistent with drowning' however histology and toxicology tests are yet to take place.
The inquest will be resumed on October 9.
