A BROKEN down vehicle caused delays at a major roundabout in Headington this morning.
The A4142 Eastern Bypass was partially blocked, due to a broken down car at A40 North Way (Headington Roundabout), until around 7.20am.
All lanes have now reopened on the roundabout, but traffic is still very slow in the Headington, Barton and Risinghurst area.
Reports suggest the broken down car was blocking the middle lane for a brief period.
