MOTORISTS faced major delays on the A34 this afternoon due to a broken-down vehicle.
Six miles of traffic built on the northbound carriageway, between the Peartree Interchange in Oxford and the Wendlebury Interchange near Bicester.
The road has since cleared.

Oxfordshire County Council reported that the disruption was caused by a breakdown in one lane.
