OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

JASON KNOWLES, 30, of Dalton Barracks in Abingdon, admitted drink-driving along the Oxford Road, Abingdon, on February 8. Found to have 100mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, the legal limit being 80mg. Fined £334, and ordered to pay £33 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SORIN FLOREA, 33, of Kestrel Way, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Germander Way in Bicester on July 13. Found to have 58mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Also admitted driving without third party insurance and being in possession of Class B drug cannabis. Fined £600, and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months and given a conditional discharge for six months.

YOUSEF KOUDOUA, 29, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving along Botley Road, Oxford, on July 13. Found to have 69mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

AARON WHITE, 27, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm, or distress on July 14 and the Kassam Stadium in Oxford. Also admitted causing damage to property by urinating on the cell floor at Abingdon Police Station on the same day, and admitted breaching a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence of eight weeks in prison activated. Fined £100 for the first charge and £50 for the damage, also ordered to pay £50 court costs.

AMY WILKOWSKI, 21, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted drug driving in Canal Road, Kidlington, on March 15. Found to have more than 800ug of Benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, in her blood. Also admitted a second charge for the same offence on the same day on the same street. Found to have 37mcg of cocaine in 100ml of blood. Fined £160, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £50 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DANIEL THOMAS, of New Inn Road, Beckley in Oxford, admitted using an unlicensed vehicle in Cherwell on December 19, the previous licence having expired on February 27, 2018. Fined £20 and ordered to pay £240.84 of vehicle excise back duty.

EILEEN AL-AMIRI, of Wayfaring Close in Oxford, was made subject to two liability order for non-payment of council tax. One liability order made for £449.88 and another made for £1,325.80.

GRANT BROWN, 23, of Dudgeon Drive in Oxford, admitted not being a registered carrier of controlled waste in Oxford on January 4. Also admitted, on the same day, failing to ensure the transfer of waste was to an authorised person, and admitted being the person responsible for unlawfully deposited waste in Sandford on Thames. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £396 compensation, plus £30 victim surcharge and £656.70 court costs.

TAHMID HAQUE, 22, of Clive Road in Oxford, admitted driving on Juene Street in Oxford on May 1 without the correct licence or insurance. Also admitted breaching a suspended sentence. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Suspended sentence order varied, now 12 weeks suspended for 20 months. Sentence not activated as it would be unjust to activate for a different offence.

LORNA JENNIFER TANNER, 40, of Norreys Road, Cumnor, admitted being drunk in charge of a child under seven at Queen Street, Oxford, on July 17. She was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £32.

JONATHAN WYLDER, 61, of Ewelme, Wallingford, admitted drink-driving on April 28 at Ewelme near Wallingford. Had 129mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined £770 and must pay a victim surcharge of £77 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

MARK CURRY, 55, of Nowell Road, Oxford, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Botley, Oxford, on June 21 and racially aggravated use of threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was jailed for six months suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order to include participation in the building better relationships programme, rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was fined £300 and must pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

MICHAEL DYER, 60, of Blenheim Road, Kidlington, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public park at Peoples Park, Banbury, on July 14 and possession of a lock knife. He was fined a total of £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

JORDAN MCKINLAY, 24, of Shepherds Hill, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on February 24 at Brake Hill, Oxford as well as assaulting a police officer. Had 190mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined a total of £493 and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

WILLIAM CHARLES TAGG, 26, of Station Road, Bletchingdon, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis on March 31 at Hopcrofts Holt, Bicester. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

CARA BEWICK, 34, of Raymond Way, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirement on October 17 and supervision on October 18. She was fined £300 and must pay court costs of £60.

Troy Dominic CROYSDALE-MITCHELL, 21, of William Lucy Way, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments as part of rehabilitation activity requirement on May 20 and June 24. He was fined £50 and must pay court costs of £60.

LEE THOMAS, 39, of Beeching Way, Wallingford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on April 28 and June 30. He was fined £200 and must pay court costs of £60.

ADAM ABSOLOM, 22, of Brampton Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle on a road without insurance on February 16 at First Turn, Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66, court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.
