SARAH BIRD, 46, of Edward Street, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 40 mph in a 30 mph area at the A338 East Hanney on January 18. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

PAUL CUMMINGS, 70, of East Street, Fritwell, was convicted of speeding by driving 38 mph in a 30 mph area at Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney, on April 26. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

ADEL FAWAZ, 37, of Priory Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 69 mph in a 60 mph area at the A4146 Brickhill on January 15. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

EDWIN NGUBENI, 36, of Thistledown Close, Oxford, admitted speeding by driving 63 mph in a 50 mph area at the A34 Wytham on January 20. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

KIM ONEILL, 52, of Britwell Road, Watlington, was convicted of speeding by driving 87 mph in a 70 mph area at the M40 Beaconsfield on January 18. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

EDWIN PEARSON, 34, of Spring Street, Chipping Norton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 8 and June 5 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SERGIO SILVA, 38, of Arthray Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between April 15 and May 13 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSHUA LANE, 20, of Lynmouth Road, Didcot, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance at Broadway, Didcot on May 7. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

JOANNA OSSOWSKA-POCHRON, 42, of Somerton Road, North Aston, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on June 28 in Adderbury. Had 137 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was jailed for either weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

KARL AUSTIN, 58, of Main Road, Long Hanborough, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on March 8 at the A40 Eynsham. He was fined £634 and must pay a victim surcharge of £63 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MARVIN BARKER, 28, of Evenlode, Banbury, admitted driving without a licence or third party insurance and failing to provide a specimen for analysis on August 18 in Bloxham. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

SIMON WHITE, 40, of Moorbank in Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of Crock Vodka worth £73.98 from Threshers in Cherwell Drive, Marston, on April 13. Also admitted stealing four boxes of fragrances worth £164.98 from Boots in Oxford Retail Park on April 6, and a pair of sunglasses worth £140 from the same shop on March 22. Convicted of using threatening or abusive language with intent to cause fear on March 25 in Waitrose, Old High Street in Headington, and admitted stealing £134.50 worth of alcohol from the same shop on April 9. Also admitted stealing four bottles of Prosecco worth £48.60 from Tesco Express, Banbury Road in Oxford, on May 3. Given a community order to comply with drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation activity. Surcharge costs not imposed due to already owing the court in excess of £6,000 and is on universal credit.

SIMON WHITE, 40, of Henry Taunt Close, Oxford, admitted stealing sunglasses worth £50, an electric razor and two electric toothbrushes worth £399.97, and two fragrances worth £110 from Boots in Oxford on June 2. Also admitted stealing an electric razor worth £299.97 from Boots in Oxford. Given a community order to comply with drug rehabilitation requirements and rehabilitation activity.

SIMON WHITE, 40, Cecil Sharp Place in Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol worth £70.85 from Waitrose in Oxford on July 10, £20 worth of alcohol from Frilford Service Station on June 16 and alcohol and food worth £21.49 from the same service station on June 17. Also admitted stealing alcohol worth £179.49 from Waitrose in Oxford on July 13. Given a community order to comply with drug rehabilitation requirements and rehabilitation activity.

ROBERT POLLARD, 29, of Norridge Way in Long Hanborough, Witney, admitted assault by beating on April 28. Fined £108 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30, plus £85 court costs.

MICHAEL GARDENER, 29, of The Less in Faringdon, admitted fraud by false representation after attempting to withdraw £100 from a cashpoint at Tesco with someone else's bankcard on February 6. Also admitted making two contactless transactions worth £10.50 and then £23.18 with someone else's bank card on the same day and shop. Admitted using someone else's bank card for two contactless transactions worth £24 and £14.01 at McColls in Faringdon on the same day. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months, and ordered to pay £57.68 compensation.

NICHOLAS HORTON, 53, of St Mary's in Wantage, admitted driving a car otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and without the correct insurance on July 3 on the A338 in East Hanney, near Wantage. Failed to provide a specimen for analysis on July 3 at Abingdon Police Station. Also admitted assaulting a police officer on August 3 at St Mary's in Wantage. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison as offence so serious because of previous driving records. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge, plus £100 compensation. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

KEVIN NANTON, 51, of Cowley Road in Oxford, admitted stealing a wallet containing £40 and bank cards from someone at the bus station in Friars Square, Aylesbury, on August 13. Sentenced to 26 weeks in prison as offence so serious due to previous and vulnerable victim. Ordered to pay £40 compensation and £122 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs.
