POLICE are searching for this man after a fight at an Oxford bar in which another man was punched in the face.
The punch-up happened at the Big Society on Cowley Road in the early hours of Sunday, September 22.
Police say it started with a 'verbal altercation' between two men at about 1.30pm.

Another man from the group tried to intervene and was hit twice in the face.
The victim did not require hospital treatment.
Investigating officer PC Tina Maulson said: “I believe the man in the image may have important information about this incident.
“I am appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image, or if you believe it is you, to please get in touch.

“Anyone with information can contact police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 43190295673, or make a report online.
“Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
